How to Build the Right Culture at Your Company?

Culture is the sum of ideas, behaviour and methods of a particular group of people gathered in a particular area. A culture is often the defining characteristic of a place and the people that contribute to it. So when it comes to businesses, the culture at the workplace typically reflects its vision, mission and values. Thus, it is a very crucial factor that cannot be neglected.

Most CEOs and managers overlook the formation of a company culture and let it spontaneously develop as the company expands, playing no role in the direction in which it advances. The successful ones however take an active part in shaping their company culture. Actually this is one of the reasons that they are successful.

The work culture in your organization is important because it improves employee satisfaction and hence increases their productivity. It will also unite them under a common goal and strengthen the company’s integrity.

Given Below are some tips that can help you create a good company culture:

Know your values

The values of your business are the building blocks of your workplace ethics. It determines the kind of company you are. So first determine the values that you will help you advance the fastest towards your goals. This will include how much you rely on hard work, how much freedom of expression the employees have, what amount of creativity is allowed, importance of teamwork in the company, etc.

Ask these questions to know what sort of vision you have for your company’s future. The kind of environment you will have will largely depend on how you answer these kinds of questions. It is also important that you do this in the founding stages of your company as changing the culture later on can be difficult.

Communicate your values

Let your employees know what the company is about, what its goals are and how it wishes to achieve them. All these are crucial points in understanding what is acceptable and what isn’t. Having a mission statement is a good idea. Do elaborate the actual values to all your employees. If the numbers are too big you can even train some of your employee in communicating your values to others.

This is not a one time job either, your employees will need to be regularly reminded of your goals and values so that they do not forget or deviate from the culture that you want to cultivate.

It’s an ongoing process

The values and hence the culture of a company should not be stagnant. It should evolve with evolving needs. You should also keep refining the finer points of your corporate culture so as to make it as good as possible. Make sure that you get adequate feedback from you employees to find out areas that need attention and do the necessary changes. Making the employee feel valued is very important for any company.

During the hiring process, make sure you account for the values of the candidate and that they align with the company’s values. Their values don’t have to be necessarily the same as yours but they should not contradict your values.

Also be on the constant lookout for employees that degrade the work culture. Usually companies let some bad behavior slip because the employee is a productive unit and they cannot afford to lose them. But these employees prove to be a burden in the long run.

Treat your work culture like you would treat any asset. It needs constant maintaining and refining. Think long-term.

Some factors to keep in mind

There are some factors that make a big difference in how your company develops:

  • Hiring the right employees
  • Being transparent in your communications
  • Don’t be a controller. Be a helper.
  • Celebrate your achievements.
  • Don’t go by what people say, Be with your team.
  • Startup is not a Fastfood, It will take time. Be Patient.

Digangana Suryavanshi eliminated from Bigg Boss House

So, 9th season of the most popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss has crossed the halfway mark already. Only seven weeks are left for the finale of Bigg Boss double trouble and we have still ten contestants left in the house.

Who are nominated?

Generally, co-contestants vote for the contestants and nominate them for the eviction. But this week, captain of the week, Priya Malik was given special power to directly nominate two contestants for the eviction. Priya nominated Digangana Suryavandhi and Suyyash Rai for eviction. So Suyyash and Digangana are nominated for eviction this week.

Is somebody really getting evicted this week?

Bigg Boss generally opens voting lines for audience to save their favourite house-mates from the eviction. But this week, voting lines were closed. Whenever Bigg Boss has shut down voting lines in past, they haven’t eliminated any contestant in that particular week.

What is the Twist?

If voting lines are closed, we would generally think that there is no eviction this week. Maybe someone will be seen leaving the house and will be sent to the secret room as always! Right? But wait! Possibility of that happening is quite less. Then what’s gonna happen?

This week, house-mates will be given power to vote between nominated contestants to evict them. Yes! This week, housemates will decide who is going home.

And we already know the result. Housemates have voted against Digangana Suryavanshi. Digangana will be seen leaving the house of Bigg Boss on 8th December’s episode.

Digangana really out?

For those, who are following the show from previous seasons, this is hard to digest. There is still a possibility of Digangana being sent to the secret room after fake elimination.

But we heard that Digangana’s parents created chaos on the set of Bigg Boss due to her eviction. So if that news is true, Digangana is definitely out of the show.

Chhello Divas Gujarati Movie Review

Last couple of years have brought a ray of hope for Gujarati cinema. After Abhishek Jain‘s debut with urban Gujarati movie Kevi Rite Jaish, many young directors are coming forward with more and more urban Gujarati films. Latest in the lot is Krishnadev Yagnik’s directorial debut Chhello Divas.

From trailer, the movie didn’t seem that interesting. But on hearing the reviews, I thought to give it a try. Chhello Divas is based on college life of eight friends. How these characters bunk classes, give exams, irritate faculties and fall in love is what is narrated in the film. This kind of film has never been made in Gujarati cinema before. Director of the film has pretty much covered everything we do during our college life. Chhello Divas will take you back to that golden period of your life.

Story of the film is pretty much common. Direction of the film is good. The best thing about Chhello Divas is its dialogues and script delivery. Performance of all actors, especially Aarjav Trivedi (Dhulo), Malhar Thakar (Vicky), Yash Soni (Nikhil) are commendable. Aarjav Trivedi aka Dholu takes all the credit. All punches delivered by character Dholu are so funny that they will leave you in splits.

What’s Good?

Screenplay, performances and dialogues are life of Chhello Divas. Some of the punches are so funny that they’ll literally roll on the floor laughing. Thumbs up for background score and music.

What’s Bad?

Dubbing of the characters is really bad!

Verdict

Overall, Chhello Divas is a must watch Gujarati movie. Go with your friends to relive your college days. Some of the scenes in movie are seriously funny. Story is not new. Direction & music is good. Performances are very good. Chhello Divas is highly recommended from BuddyBits.

10 Reasons Why Sumit Sambhal Lega is the new Sarabhai VS Sarabhai

I was switching channels on TV the other day and came across this show Sumit Sambhal Lega. As it was looking a bit different from the rest, I decided to give it a try. And to my surprise, Sumit Sambhal Lega turned out to be quite entertaining show. Some of the parts of the show reminded me of evergreen, our favourite TV show Sarabhai VS Sarabhai. And after watching some 4 or 5 episodes of the show, I came to the conclusion that Sumit Sambhal Lega is the new age version of Sarabhai VS Sarabhai. I’m listing down 10 reasons. Check them out.

1. Chemistry between Saas & Bahu

Maya Walia and Dolly Walia, the daughter in law and the mother in law share similar chemistry as Monisha Sarabhai and Maya Sarabhai used to share in Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Both fight over little issues & then both patch it up. Saas teaches bahu cooking and other life lessons, similar to those in SVS.

2. Love & Hate Relationship between father and son

Remember how Indravadan Sarabhai used to hate his son Roshesh? How Indravadan made fun of his son Sahil at a family function? Well, Jasbir Walia shares same love-hate relationship with both of his sons.

3. Sarcastic & Bhukkhad Dad!

Remember how Indravadan gets all the jokes in Sarabhai VS Sarabhai? Well here, Jasbir Walia kills with his sarcastic comments. And he is as Bhukkhad as Indravadan.

4. Dominating Wife

Remember how Monisha used to dominate Sahil? Here, Maya Walia dominates Sumit Walia. They both fight over small issues. Sumit often shows his love towards Maya, just like Sahil used to show for Monisha. In short, both couples share similarly cute love chemistry. And both wives dominate their husbands.

5. Funny & single brother!

Only single character of the show, Rajneesh Walia is just like Roshesh Sarabhai. He is single, always made fun of and momma’s boy!

6. Family Bonding

No matter how many time they fight, they always get back together and make a happy family at the end. Both Walias and Sarabhais share the same family bonding. They keep fighting over silly things but they are always together to fight against obstacles.

7. Comic timing & witty one-liners

Sarabhai VS Sarabhai got popular because of its witty one-liners and comic timing of the show. Well, Sumit Sambhal Lega also offers very good one-liners and comic timing. Sumit Sambhal Lega is surely one of the funniest shows of recent times.

8. Celebrity appearances!

Remember how celebrities used to make appearances on Sarabhai VS Sarabhai? Just like that, even Sumit Sambhal Lega shows celebrity appearances.

9. Out of the box stories

One of the many positive and good things about Sarabhai VS Sarabhai was its out of the box stories. SVS used to offer unique stories, which we hadn’t seen on television before. Just like that, even Sumit Sambhal Lega comes with out of the box & funny stories each day.

10. Same director!

This is the best part! Both Sarabhai VS Sarabhai and Sumit Sambhal Lega is directed by the same person & our favourite, Deven Bhojani! Yes. Deven Bhojani (appeared as Dushyant Painter in SVS) is the director of both the shows!

Now if you are not watching Sumit Sambhal Lega already, you should start watching it. It is definitely one of the best shows of recent times. Share your thoughts with us through comments below.

Who will get eliminated from Bigg Boss 9 on 14th December

It has been quite a long time since we predicted eviction of Bigg Boss 9. Majority of our Bigg Boss eviction predictions have turned out to be right. The show has touched the halfway mark and we are back with our predictions.

This week, four contestants are nominated for eviction from Bigg Boss. Rishabh Sinha, Mandana Karimi, Kawaljit Singh and Keith Sequeira have been nominated for eviction this week. One out of these four contestants will get eliminated from the show on ninth week and will be seen leaving the house in either 13th or 14th December’s episode.

Now, out of all nominated contestants, Mandana Karimi is the strongest contestant right now. Hence, she is not going home this week. Next to Mandana, Keith Sequeira has got pretty huge fanbase outside the house. So Keith is also safe from this week’s eviction.

Rishabh and Kawaljit will be in danger zone this week. And out of them, Kawaljit stands higher chances of getting evicted from the 9th season of the most popular TV reality show. According to us, Kawaljit Singh will get evicted from Bigg Boss 9 on 14th December 2015. Have a look at the eviction ratio.

Eviction Ratio of this week

  1. Kawaljit Singh (80%)
  2. Rishabh Sinha (20%)
  3. Keith Sequeira (0%)
  4. Mandana Karimi (0%)

(% denotes chances of getting evicted from the show of that particular contestant.)

So according to us, Kawaljit Singh will say goodbye to Bigg Boss on ninth week of the show.

Why You Should Not Hire Your Friends at Your Startup?

Why You Should Not Hire Your Friends at Your Startup

If you’re running a startup or planning to start one, you might have thought about getting a friend or someone from your family to work with/for you. That can be the worst decision of your life. You can hire someone you know if they are the best person for the job but even that comes with its disadvantages. Like the popular saying says “never mix your personal and professional life”.

Why? Here are some reasons:

Bias in hiring

When you are looking for the best person for a job you will often be biased towards people you know. You might reject someone with a better skill-set simply because you want to hire someone you know. But in business emotional decisions rarely pay off. You should always think of the business first.

As a startup you cannot afford to not hire the best. It will cost your company a lot in lost time and wasted potential.

Conversations become awkward with them

Having someone you know work for you, especially someone close, will make every moment in the office and outside awkward. You cannot behave with them the same way as you do with the rest of your employees. It’s hard to tell them that they are not performing up to the expectations. Discussions about compensations will always be like walking in a minefield. The emotional stress that comes with hiring a friend is just too much hassle for not much return in value.

Besides that your personal life is bound to get affected by this decision. You cannot simply hang out with them anymore without worrying about its implications for your company. They might constantly push you for more perks or promotions that you cannot afford. This will ruin an otherwise good friendship.

You cannot fire them as easily

Think about what if the person you hired becomes a liability. You have an emotional connection with them and losing a job can be devastating for them. This makes you reluctant to even talk about firing them if they can’t offer the expected value.

In most cases you will let your company suffer at your friend’s expense. You need to keep a rational approach when dealing with your employees. Involving people you are close to can cloud your judgments and can keep you from making the best decisions.

Bad for work culture

If you have a friend working in your office with other employees then they will most likely take advantage of the fact. Some might even assume authority that you never gave them and make decisions on your behalf. The rest of the staff can become reluctant to complain about bad behavior of your friends. Many will feel that you focus more on your friend than other employees, even if you don’t.

All of this is bad for your company culture. When employees don’t feel comfortable working in your office their productivity will take a hit.

They will not take you seriously

On top of you being reluctant to address any flaws in their work, there is a high possibility that they will treat you more like a friend than a boss. They might ignore your warnings thinking that they can get away with it and they most probably will. This will only further encourage them to be more careless about their attitude towards you.

These are just some of the reasons why you shouldn’t hire friends and family members for your company. There are a lot of other things you have to consider when thinking about hiring someone you know. But generally it is a bad idea to hire friends. This kind of mixing personal and professional life can only complicate things.

8 Reasons Why Lefties are Better than Righties

With just 10% of the population being left-handed, lefties are at a serious minority. Being at such a minority, it is hard for several left-handed individuals to adapt to a world dominated by right-handed people. However, despite being at minority, there are several advantages and benefits of being left-handed. Some of these benefits, which act as an advantage for the left-handers, are mentioned below.

1. Creative

Left-handed people are more likely to be visual based than being textual based, which means that they are more suited for artistic works. Several studies show that a number of left-handed students are more focused on visual based subjects than textual based ones.

2. Imaginative

Being imaginative is one of the several traits of being left-handed. This trait helps the left-handed individuals to think out of the box, have better memories, and be more creative. They can solve several complex problems by thinking exceptionally different from others.

3. Left-Handers can Type Faster!

On a standard QWERTY keyboard, 450 words can be typed by solely depending on the right hand. In contrast to this, 3400 words can be typed solely using the left hand, which is a clear advantage for left-handed people.

4. Higher IQ

Left handed people make up a large portion of people with high level IQs. Researchers are not sure, however, most of the left-handed people are highly intellectual. They are also better at solving complex problems.

5. Makes Great Sportsman

In athletic sports, left handed people are clearly coming out at the top because most of the other sportsman are used to competing with right handed ones. This gives out a clear advantage to left handed people.

6. Flexible Swimmers & Divers

Another advantage of being left handed is that people are able to see clearly underwater. Left handed people are able to adjust better underwater. Due to this, left handed people can make good divers or swimmers.

7. Multi-Tasks Better

Being left handed means, that you will be better at multi-tasking. It forces the brain to think quickly, making a left-handed person make decisions quickly. They are able to deal better with large amount of information, even if its un-organized.

8. Have a Good Taste in Music and Dance

Studies indicate that lefties have a better sense of rhythm. They are able to perceive rhythm better and learn musical instruments faster than others. Due to this, they can also dance better, while catching on the rhythm and beats.

5 Most Important Factors for Startup Success

5 Most Important Factors for Startup Success

Startup organizations have the highest potential when it comes to changing the world and shaping the future. Startups are the route through which new ideas enter the marketplace. But not all startups succeed. Some fail, some stagnate and are forgotten. So what is it that the successful startups did?  What are the factors that will determine if a startup will be successful or not? Here’s a list of 5 factors that are the most important:

1. The idea

Everything starts with an idea. The whole human civilization is the result of many ideas that were brought to reality by innovators and entrepreneurs. A business starts with an idea.

If you are planning to start a business then you probably already have an idea that you want to work on. But how do you know if your idea is unique and has a potential for success? The main factor here is originality. Original ideas are often the most successful ones. A business based on a unique idea stands out from the crowd, which is important for the success of any business.

But just having an innovative idea does not guarantee success you also need a great team.

2. Team

To transform your idea into reality you will need a number of individuals working in different fields. This is your team. The success of your team is determined by their motivation, their expertise and, most importantly, their adaptability. Even if you have an average team in terms of expertise, if they are able to quickly adapt to changing market trends then you have an edge over your competitors. Your team is the engine that drives your business. So choose the parts well and organize them under a suitable business model.

3. Business Model

Different people use the term differently. So there is some ambiguity on the use of ‘business model’. The general definition however will be the plan for the functioning of your business. The business model includes the sources of revenue, the intended customers, the products and services, etc.

While planning your business model you should keep in mind the nature of your services/products, the ways you wish to market your products and the way you want to sell your products. Discover your working style and choose the business model that suits your style. You cannot be successful if your business model does not suit the way you work.

4. Funding

You will always need funds to start your business. How you plan to get the funding you require to start and run your business will affect the extent of success of your startup. You can fund your startup with equity, personal savings or loans from banks and other corporate.

All these have their own pros and cons. Equity funding means you share the ownership with others. Personal funding means the risk involved will be all yours. Loans come with interests and other requirements that you have to fulfill.

Keep in mind that the type of funding is important factor not the amount of funding. Plan your finances to give you the most return.

5. Timing

When you launch your startup is the biggest factor that will determine your success or failure. If you start your business too early, you will not have the demand to sustain the business. If you start the business too late, you will have to face a lot of competition. So try to time your launch when the time is just right. This can be a tricky thing to determine.

Ask yourself if the world is ready for your idea. Or if you do not have an idea yet, as yourself what new service or product will have the greatest demand in the near future.

Many businesses have started that failed despite having every advantage in the market just because the market wasn’t ready for it. Many ideas have took off even though they weren’t original because they were timed just right. Take for example Facebook, it wasn’t the first social media site ever but it took off because it was timed right.

These are the 5 important factors that any startup cannot ignore. How you handle these factors will determine if your business will take flight or crash into nothingness.

10 Reasons Why Ahmedabad is the best city to live in

Amongst the whistling packages of the IIM students, and the hustling midnight munches of Manekchowk, in business capital state of the country (yes, Gujarat) resides the city of Karnavati. Wait, what? Well, that’s what the ace town of Ahmedabad was known by, until the 1400s, when Ahmed Shah I conquered the town and named it ‘Ahmedabad’. Now, the stats that Ahmedabad is the 7th most populated city in the country, the number of people residing here and all that boring stuff is available on Google. What you should know, is why should Ahmedabad be considered, or wait, known as the best city to live in India. Wondering, a reason? Here, take 10:

1. Authentic

Ahmedabad is for Gujarat, what Mumbai is for India. The melting pot of all cultures & traditions prevailing in the contrasting Gujarati culture. For info, Gujaratis are divided into Kutchhi, Kaathiyawadi, Maarwadi, Maldhari, Jain and well, many others. In Ahmedabad, everyone’s happily present!

2. Humble

Ahmedabad still possesses the humility and politeness passed on to it from the times of Mahatma Gandhi. Respecting that, Ahmedabad was declared safest city in India, previous year, by a travelling portal (on 100% votes by Woman, pan India).

3. Modern

Talk about the Rolls Royce showroom, the newly built Riverfront, the revolving Patang Hotel, or the bustling BRTS Buses- Ahmedabad has turned dynamically modern. From glass curtained buildings, to air-conditioned public transport, to booming real estate, to all other luxuries; You name it, Ahmedabad has it. (Talking about luxuries for some, Ahmedabad has 24*7 Water and Electricity supply, still a luxury for many!)

4. Educational Hub

Ok, this one’s pretty simple. IIM-A for Management, NID for designing, MICA for Advertising, GNLU for Law, IIT Gandhinagar for technology, Ahmedabad Dental College for obviously, Dentistry- you can become anything  in Ahmedabad (except Batman. You can’t be Batman because, you know, the crime rate is quite low. So, no-one will actually call you.)

5. Divine

With the Sidi Saiyed Mosque, which brags the gorgeous Sidi Saiyed Jali, the Iskcon Temple, and Akshardham (technically, in Gandhinagar, but not that far from Ahmedabad), Mahudi (popular amongst Jains, and close to Ahmedabad), don’t be surprised if you find God enjoying a nice faafda-jalebi on the streets of Ahmedabad. (He must’ve came out of one of these places, because you know monotony is boring!)

6. Active

Don’t be deceived. Active stands for active to eat. And Ahmedabad is not just about Dhokla, Faafda, Haandva, Theplaas known in the popular culture. ‘Amdavadi’ cuisine has gone on a roll, with Barbeque, authentic Italina, Mexican, Thai, Continental, European restaurants coming up. Then you’ve the ‘Manek chowk’, for the hunger hunters, whose stomach goes bananas in the midnight. (Imagine, Mahudi, a rather religious place, is popular amongst many people for its Prasad ‘Sukhdi’. Food is religion, practiced by all!)

7. Beautiful

When you see the Sunrise at the Thol lake, or the chirping birds at the Nalsarovar Bird Century, or the sunset at the Kankaria lake, you’ll get to know the real meaning of beautiful.

8. Alcohol Free

Yes, it’s a dry state. Ahmedabad stands up as the example for the country. This doesn’t mean, that Ahmedabad has no place to party at, but you can be rest assured that no drunk man/woman is creating nuisance on the streets.

9. Dazzling

Dazzling with celebrations. The biggest Kite festival, the most colorful Garba, the loudest of Diwali, the simplicity of Moharram, all calmly embedded in Ahmedabad’s culture, as it dazzles in celebration every now and then.

10.

Authentic, Humble, Modern, Educational-hub, Divine, Active, Beautiful, Alcohol-Free, Dazzling- AHMEDABAD, it is!

Are the Discounts Really Worth it

Just as I started writing this, I read about the hack in True Caller’s website making public a lot of information about its users. While these kind of security goof ups are duly reported, there is another kind of security risk that has been growing and could balloon into something major.

Let me narrate a real life incident that happened in my home town a good 7-8 years ago. A house was burgled when a family was enjoying a holiday in Delhi. Police investigations finally revealed the burglar to be a person who used to door deliver groceries to the home every day. It seems the burglar on his regular visits had gathered about the upcoming holiday and decided to make a fast buck.

Fast forward today, and the hypermarket e-commerce has just blossomed. From food services to groceries start-up are mushrooming. Providing services to customers, these start-up also offer huge discounts and promotions to increase their customer base. Having seen how beneficial their service is, consumers return, thus making these a good business model. So then what’s the problem, one may ask. The cause for the earlier incident was because unsuspectingly personal details were known to a third person who took undue advantage of this. Similar situations are created in the usage of these hypermarkets.

The companies, who with the additional burden of discounts run with tighter margins and are always looking up for measures of cash saving. One of the easier ways is to hire easy personnel for the last mile delivery. Devoid of any back ground checks, the hiring is easier and the companies end up recruiting people who could work for less. This could lead to situations of misuse. I personally have seen people in a food delivery service who have formulated a pattern of how their regular consumers behave including their time of presence and their preference.  Not for a moment am I suggesting that they are meaning any harm, or that every delivery guy is a possible suspect. What I emphasize is on how we could be staring down at something which could be avoided. And if one thinks that such fears are not validated, they should read about how leading e-commerce players are now masking customer’s contact number from the delivery distribution. (In case the person needs to contact the customers, he calls the central office who in turn routes the call). This after few cases of prank calls were registered amongst female consumers.  Its better late than sorry philosophy that I am stating.

The reported cases of such nature as less, but in no terms be rejected as not probable. Steps have to ensure to eliminate the risk, no matter how rare that could be. Companies should ensure proper background checks before hiring. Periodic checks through feedbacks from customers have to be ensured. No fixed area of operation for the delivery personnel could be looked into. Customers should also be careful and inform companies at the first sign of distress. These additional safety measures could make the experience much more soothing.

Kunal Shah (CEO, Freecharge) is one of the most active Indian entrepreneurs on social media. He keeps sharing his learnings & observations on Facebook. Top 10 Startup Advices from Kunal Shah

#10

Service marketplaces only work when the last mile service providers offer above average quality. Consistently.

Otherwise it is just like giving microphone to a bad singer.

#09

Time is the worst currency to waste for start-ups. Venture Capital acts as a catalyst for something to fail or succeed really fast. However, I see many companies incorrectly thinking of capital as first step to begin their journeys.

#08

I find a particular trait of newbie entrepreneurs very disturbing. They spend disproportionate amount of time attending start-up conferences, reading startup articles, following all entrepreneurs on social media, reading startup books etc.

The only thing that will give you success is knowing your users/ customers really really well.

Allocate only 10% of your time for all the other bullshit gyaan. Get rid of your coaching classes DNA.

#07

Start-ups that raise a lot of of capital too early are sometimes at a disadvantage. They learn to throw money at problems (hiring, customer acquisition, product fit etc) instead of solving it through insights and innovation.

Money rarely solves a problem, at best hides it for some time.

#06

Often I wonder about Indian Startup coaching classes/ accelerators/ labs/ program/ camps.

A. How often a company with very large valuation/ revenue come out of it?
B. Attendees have higher success/ survival rate v/s those who don’t attend?
C. If A and B are negative, What is missing?

#05

Saying can’t startup without funding is same as saying can’t run 5 KM without Nike Shoes.

It’s a shame that funding is glorified to the point it’s become synonymous to success.

#04

Energy Spent Ratio

a) Small Teams:
Internal Battles: 0%, External Battles:100%

b) Large Teams:
Internal Battles: 50%, External Battles: 50%

#03

Almost every funded company hits rock bottom in their journey. Some bounce back and many crack open and explode.

Common material found in remains of explosion : Ego.

#02

I strongly believe all students should have a startup during college. Doesn’t matter if successful or how big or small. Worst case scenario it will make them 10x better employee than someone with no exposure to how a business works.

Also anyone who believes you need funds to startup is wrong.

#01

Only a few free-falls have a smooth landing but all free-falls are worth it.
